On July 7, 2026, Steve Sconfienza, PhD, Chief Research Scientist at the NYS Office for the Aging presented the second webinar in a two-part series on the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey (ACS) and how it can be used to support value propositions and funding applications.

This webinar helped attendees dig deeper into the value of ACS data for understanding their service area, community demographics, and local needs. It also provided participants with practical guidance on using Census and ACS data to identify opportunities, inform planning, and estimate the potential impact of addressing community needs.
